豊橋にある蕎麦屋の中でもトップクラスの旨さだと個人的に思っています。
It is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Echizen soba and sauce cutlet bowl.
I personally think that it is the top class among the soba shops in Toyohashi.

ありがたいです(✿╹◡╹)
ざるそばとの食べ比べセットは、味、量ともに大満足でした。
店内は、ゆったりした造りで、こだわりの民芸調の雰囲気がとても居心地よく、寛げました。
夜は営業されていないようですので、休日のお昼にまたお伺いしたいです。

Compared to eating with zaru soba, the set was very satisfying in both taste and quantity.
The interior of the store was spacious and the atmosphere of the folk art style was very cozy and relaxing.
It doesn't seem to be open at night, so I'd like to visit you again on a holiday lunch.

やっぱりおろし蕎麦がオススメですね。
もともと越前そばは庶民的な値段で提供してるお店が多い印象ですが、こちらのお店も福井のそば屋さん同様、お値段もリーズナブルで満足度高いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛知県豊橋市の県道502号線豊橋環状線沿い、新栄信号交差点を北にしばらく進むとある、そばがメインのお店です。越前そばや福井名物のソースカツ丼推しの向きもありますが、今回注文したのは天丼セットのそばはあったかい方にしました。建物内外和風な造りで、フロアはあまり広くありません。カウンター席、テーブル席、お座敷？席あります。カウンターのレイアウトはそば店では他に見かけないものです。食器や柱時計などコレクションかな？と思わせる状態になってたりします。そばは器がそれほど大きくないものですが、量はそこそこあります。天丼の味はオーソドックスなものでした。駐車場は数台分、駐輪場はわかりません。
