★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pretty great place for bargain hunters or travellers. It is Walmart (in a literal sense). So if you are familiar with Walmart you are good to go. Things are set up just like any other Walmart and the feeling is very much the same.
We ended up picking up a bunch of food at this location because we didn't select breakfast at the hotel.
Great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice counterpart to WalMart. On the cheaper end of supermarket and other goods prices. It has a nice selection of various home supplies in the upper floors and even has a small ¥100 shop. Produce can also occasionally be quite cheap.
