喫煙室が広く立派なのは会議利用としてはありがたい。
Access from Sannomiya is not good.
It's probably hard to reach unless you're a local.

三宮駅からも徒歩で10分くらいなのでちょうどいいかな。
I use it at meetings once every three months, but I think it is convenient because the cleaning is clean and there are many parking lots nearby.
It's about 10 minutes on foot from Sannomiya station, so it's just right.
