★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初のカウンセリングもわかりやすく、説明や肌の悩みについて相談に乗ってくれてスタッフの方たちも毎回丁寧にコースしてくれてこれからもおまかせしたいです！

清潔感あり、マッサージも気持ち良いです。
ただ、エステティシャンによって技術の振れ幅が大きいのがとても残念です。
あと、個室ですが天井部分は筒抜けなので、
他のお客さんの会話はかなり聞こえます。
たまに、研修も行っているのか、声がうるさくて、リラックスできません。
エステティシャンはマスクをしていますが、
お客さんはマスクせずにペチャクチャ話すので、
換気状況は大丈夫なのだろうかと、不安になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 脱毛の回数券を買って通ったことがあります。確かにキャンペーンの勧誘は時々有ります。きちんとカルテに記録してくれ、施術も雑じゃないし丁寧で安心感があります。横浜店は常に最新の機械が導入されていると聞いたことがあります。最新ほど痛くありません。
某大手の脱毛サロンに別の部位で行ったことがありますが、自分で剃るところはしていかないと受けられない事がありましたが、ここはそんな事はありません。
I have bought a coupon for hair removal and went through it. Certainly there are occasional campaign solicitations. It records properly in the medical record, and the treatment is not complicated, it is polite and there is a sense of security. I've heard that the Yokohama store is always equipped with the latest machines. It doesn't hurt as much as the latest.
I've been to a major hair removal salon in another area, but sometimes I couldn't get it unless I had to shave myself, but that's not the case here.

毎回悩みを聞いてくれて合うコースやホームケアなどアドバイスいただけるので安心して通えます！沢山メニューがあるので色々気になる方には凄くおすすめです！

You can go with peace of mind because you will be asked about your worries every time and you will be given advice on courses and home care that suit you! There are many menus, so it is highly recommended for those who are interested in various things!

レイビスさんはただの勧誘ではなく私の肌に必要な事を教えて下さり、
実際に肌や体も改善することができ、
とても嬉しかったです!!
自分の目標を達成することが出来ましたが、
スタッフさんの豊富な知識を教えて頂いたり
楽しくお話させて頂いたりで

施術対応が悪くやめました。
あと、他の方も書かれていましたがやたらと商品、キャンペーンをすすめてきます。
スタッフもコロコロ変わる
施術中スタッフルームでの大声での雑談、笑い声最悪。施術も新人だとすぐわかる。
扉の開け閉めがやたらと多く他の客にみえる。
施術変更したのに「当日来店してないため消化しています」と嘘をつかれそうになり怖かった。
高い金額払ったのにもう二度と行かない。
他サロンよりは安いかなと思い契約したがスタッフ対応などをみるとなるほどと思った。

vioやワキは痛みがありましたが、スタッフさんがたくさん声をかけてくれて、頑張ることができました！今では自己処理がいらなくなりとても快適です。
エステは毎回マッサージが気持ちよくて、ずっと悩んでいた赤ら顔も改善してきて嬉しいです。
先日、ボディも契約させてもらったので、通うのが楽しみです！

どのメニューも、どの方が施術されても毎回満足しています。
マッサージなどはスタッフの方によってやり方がそれぞれ違うので、それも毎回楽しみです。
こういった所なので、定期的にキャンペーンの紹介など勧誘はありますが、仕方ないと思いますし、それ以上に満足度が高いので、引き続き通えるうちはお世話になりたいといます^^
