★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very high quality meal. We came for dinner and choose the 6000 yen per person set menu. A little pricey but the flavors and presentation far exceeded our expectations. We will visit again in the future and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves steak. Medium rare came out perfectly done and had the tenderness of sous vide preparation ( though I don't think used sous vide)

I ordered Ranma don(1,250JPY) which was a signiture lunch rice ball of this restaurant, I guess. Because the name of the restaurant was Ranma. This is not a typical Japanese donburi. Thin sliced meat made with mirin,ginger, soy sauce and some veggies are on the top of the rice. Wasabi masterd gave a very nice accent to the dish!
