Don't think of this as a place where you go to get X but rather to let the store owner curate items for you from around the world. It's almost like someone's home full of collectibles that are for sale. Service can be cold but warms up quickly if you speak any Japanese and show that you have an understanding and appreciation for the items sold. I picked up some Magewappa here on several occasions. The Quico store owner was well known to the maker when I told him about it. Prices are high, as you'd expect for Japanese hand crafts, but same as buying in Odate.
