I	Iain Aschendale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外人だめ/Foreigners not welcome! Stopped by the store today (9/29/2019, about 1530) to buy a bag for my wife. She had a specific model and color that she wanted. There were a number of customers, but there were still several staff standing around unoccupied. I looked through the shop for the bag I wanted, but wasn't able to find it. At no point did any member of staff offer to help me. Finally I found one that was the right model, but the wrong color. I pulled out my phone to double check the model, then turned to the staff member nearest me (about 1.5 meters away, doing nothing) to ask him if they had it in the color I wanted. I addressed him in Japanese and HE RAN AWAY from me. Ran right out the the front of the store, stood with his eyes looking anywhere but back to me. One other staff member seemed to have notice the interaction, I made eye contact with him, but he just gave me a helpless little bow. Foreigners should not expect to receive any help in this store, and I'll never be doing business with this company again.
P	PT S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store assistant was so friendly, helpful and tries to speak in English to help me find what I wanted. Amazing customer service. I forgot to get his name but he has been nothing short of wonderful. Made my first experience at Yoshida memorable. I bought a limited edition sling. If all customer service is of such standards, I would turn into a shopaholic! Really satisfied with the purchase.
