★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラクレットチーズが以前から気になっていてバースデーのお祝いはここにしてもらいました。
前菜もパスタもどれも美味しかったです。
店員さんがデザートプレート持ってきてくれる時 たまたまその場にいた他のお客さんも一緒にHAPPYbirthday、うたってくださり 一つ年取ることでナーバスだった気持ちが皆さんのお陰で一転しました。
この場をかりてお礼を・・

赤いカルボナーラを食べたかったので。
旦那は牛スネ肉のボロネーゼと生ビール。
ワインにしたかったみたいですが、それはまた、ディナーのお楽しみに。
スパイシーな赤カルボナーラは鉄鍋で出て来ます。
熱々なので気をつけましょう。今日は口の中の口内炎の兼ね合いで、熱いのはNGだったかも？パスタとソースは美味しいです。週替わりのパスタも魅力的。次も訪れたい訪れたいお店でした。

やっぱりほんとおいしい！
めちゃめちゃおすすめです！
料理はどれもこだわりがあって、そしてすごく丁寧に作られてる感じがヒシヒシと伝わります。
名物ローストビーフは、オリーブ牛を使っている上に、稀少部位の3種類から選べるという贅沢さ！
肉肉しい食感ものからほんとにジューシーなものまで…どれも美味しい☺️
そして、自家製の粒マスタードがまた絶品！
プチプチした感じと、爽やかで品のある辛さ☺️
そして、牛もつの白ワイン煮は、モツはもちろん柔らかいんだけど、スープが絶品！優しく、あっさりした味なのに深い！感動！
ラスパドゥーラという珍しいチーズを使ったサラダも、ふわっと溶ける柔らかさと優しい塩味と風味で美味しかった。
レバーペーストとかも、さりげなく、普通のやつとは違って生臭さとかもなく苦味も控えめでおいしい！
大満足でした！ごちそうさまでした！

And the beef offal boiled in white wine is soft, of course, but the soup is excellent! Gentle and light taste but deep! Impressed!
The salad using a rare cheese called Las Padura was also delicious with its softness that melts softly and its gentle saltiness and flavor.
Liver paste is also casual, and unlike ordinary ones, it has a fishy odor and a modest bitterness and is delicious!
