Everything works manually where every products and equipments that will be used are thoroughly inspected before and after, each and every preparation. Preparation is the most critical part of the staffs work from disassembling, to cut ups, skewering of meat, inspection, packaging and up to dispatch (delivery). Hygiene is strictly observed inside the production and inside the premise of the building. All production staffs are wearing an overall white food protective uniform, covered from head to foot, face mask, arm cover, disposable gloves and a full body apron. It is also a must to clean and sanitize before holding anything inside the production area, before coming in and going out of the production. People management in Makugen Foods is exceptional. Considering that the staff consists of Japanese and foreign employees. Tasks are well communicated. Goals are set before the day starts. Specific and measurable to ensure that all scheduled orders and deliveries will be fulfilled on a timely manner. Staffs are nice and accommodating from management team, office staffs down to the production staffs. You’ll never leave without a smile. Products and the Taste Makugen has a wide selection of yakitori. Indulge your taste buds. Makugen foods’ yakitori is grilled using binchotan charcoal which preserves the meat’s flavorful juices, gives a good sear and enhances the natural flavors of the food.
