時間も伝えてあるのに裏の駐車場まで歩いて自分の車に行くよう言われる。
すぐ、先程まで借りていた車を店員さんが運転して裏の駐車場にくる。
ちょっとしたことだけど、鍵を預けてあるので車を移動しておいてほしかった。出口は、そこです❗と、追い出されたような気分になる。もう、利用しない

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さい子供も居るので禁煙車を希望してレンタルしたが、乗った瞬間から煙草の臭いがキツく衣類にも煙草の臭いが付き頭が痛くなった。子供も『 臭いから乗りたくない』と。後部座席に子供が乗った時、『 足の所に何か落ちてる』と言うので見たら煙草の吸殻だった。前にレンタルした人が吸ったのか知らないけど、レンタルし終わった時清掃や確認しないんですかね？もう二度と利用したくありません。
