d	dai maru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4年前に自分自身でジムにも通っていましたが、なんだかんだで続かず。そんな自分では意思の弱さが出てしまいますが、松井トレーナーと二人三脚でトレーニングを続けて1年強になります。トレーニングは自分を超えられるように、でもその日の調子を考えて、応援されればぎりぎり頑張れるというところを絶妙に調整してくださります。また、トレーニングの内容の会話も、専門用語をほとんど使わずわかりやすいです。それ以外の話題も豊富で、楽しい気持ちでトレーニングできます。トレーニング時間外にも、食事の相談にものっていただくこともあり、大変お世話になっております。施設や他のトレーナーさんも清潔感があるので、この施設にしてよかったと思っています。 ? 追記（2021年10月）この施設は良いのですが、会社の方針がお客さんに優しくないです。具体的には「36回の高額支払いが現金か振り込みのみ」と、今までできていたカード決済やPayPayでの支払いが出来なくなりました。時代に逆行しており、多額の現金を持ち歩く不安を考えられていません。このままの体制なら、今の残り回数が終わったら、松井トレーナーには大変申し訳ないのですが、別のパーソナルも視野に入れています。 I went to the gym myself four years ago, but for some reason I couldn't continue.
