以前に母は行員より、「普通預金に入れておくと利息が少ないから」と言われたと聞いておりましたが、行員は既に退職、当時の記録によると「利息のいい商品に変えたい」と母が言ったそうです。しかし、父が亡くなり定期預金や国債は中途解約し、面倒だから普通預金に入れておきたいと希望しておりました。行員が自分に都合のいい嘘をついていたのも知りました。
弁護士によると1000万円と高額であり、元本割れする商品を74歳高齢者に加入させる行為は極めて悪質と言われました。
高齢者を騙して保険加入をさせる行為をする銀行です。
