The flat shape makes it easy to eat. The recommended set is 5 kinds of Anko, Sesame, Walnut, Mitarashi, Zunda. I was terrible but I was not good at it, but I can eat the zudon here ♥️

I would recommend domyouji (道明寺) a type of mochi with azuki in the inside, wrapped in sakura leaf. Interestingly they also sell sweet pudding there!
