When I went on a business trip I stopped the engine of my bike! I had it carried by wrecker and had a look. I wonder if it is a regulator or an alternator! I received a very friendly and polite response!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔気質の方なのでしょうが、応対がぶっきらぼうで、部品交換を必要としない点検作業もしっかりと工賃を請求されました。作業が伴ったので料金が発生するのは当たり前ですが、作業から工賃請求までの一連の態度に、この店に頼まなければ良かったと後悔しました。
I'm afraid of a long time ago, but I wasn't sure how to handle it, so I was charged a fair amount of money for inspection work that did not require parts replacement. Since it was accompanied by work, it is natural that charges will be incurred, but I regretted that I should have asked this store for a series of attitudes from work to wage billing.

最初は少し取っつきにくい感じもありますが、仲良くなるにつれて色々な相談に乗ってくれたりアドバイスをしてくれたりします。
営業の人やカウンター係の人がいないのでディーラー的な対応はあまり無い感じですかね。
その分、昔ながらの街のバイク屋さんといった感じで個人的には好きです。今後も宜しくお願いしますね～(*´ω｀*)
