亀	亀太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もろみ味噌大好きですが、甘口すぎないここのもろみ味噌が一番うまいです。味は割とはっきりしており、そのまま酒のあてでも、きゅうりなど生野菜につけても美味しいです。新百合ヶ丘の久世福商店の店頭で購入しましたが、丸世醸造場のホームページからも直接買えるみたいです(1パック200円しないくらい。安！) 普通のお味噌は月山山吹味噌派なのですが、ここの信州味噌も試してみようと思います。 I love moromi miso, but the moromi miso here, which is not too sweet, is the best. The taste is fairly clear, and it is delicious as it is with sake or with raw vegetables such as cucumbers. I bought it at Kuzefuku Shoten in Shin-Yurigaoka, but it seems that I can buy it directly from the Maruse Brewery website (about 200 yen per pack, cheap!). Ordinary miso is from the Gassan Yamabuki miso school, but I'd like to try Shinshu miso here as well.
