★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハンバーグとしては最高レベルです。鉄板でジュージューも美味しいですが、丁寧に火が入っていて、豚も牛も中が赤いままということがない。私はレアすぎるのは苦手で、かといってしっかり焼いてもらうとパサパサになることが残念ですが、こちらは肉汁がたっぷりと滲み出て芯までしっとりソフトです。ソースは３種類から選べますが、ソースを付けなくてもとても美味しいです。途中から味変でソースへというのがお気に入りです。
皆さんのコメント通り野菜も美味しく綺麗な盛り付けが素晴らしい。また、なんといってもランチは格安だと思います。満席状況に当たるとシェフが一人なので時間がかかります。行くならばオープン直後が間違いありません。

As you comment, the vegetables are delicious and beautiful. Also, I think lunch is cheap. When it is full, it takes time because there is only one chef. If you go, there is no doubt right after opening.

お肉の質もごはんもおいしいし、他にも色々食べてみたいから、次回はディナーに行ってみたいお店。
感染対策も、かなりきちんとされてました✨

ランチはサラダプレートとスープとデザートがついてくるので、とてもコスパが良く満足度が高い。
サラダは一品一品がとてもしっとりして美味しい。普段白菜なんてこんな上品に食べないな。
お肉は一つ一つシェフの方が鉄板で焼いている。
写真の通り表面はカリッと中はジューシーに仕上がっていて美味しい。
サイコロステーキはタマタマか、筋張ったところに当たってしまったのが少し残念。次回は牛ハンバーグと豚ハンバーグのセットにしようかな。
キッチンひとりホールひとりで回されてるようで、混んでくるとすこし時間がかかるが、上述の野菜プレートの品一つ一つじっくり味わいながら待てば良い。

It's a little disappointing that the dice steak hit an exeggcute or a stiff place. Next time I'll make a set of beef hamburger and pork hamburger.
It seems that the kitchen is turned by itself, and it takes some time when it gets crowded, but you can wait while tasting each of the above vegetable plates.

春菊のポタージュは、火をとおすと苦味やエグ味出るのを素晴らしく纏めて在って、ビックリするレベルで美味しかったです?
ハンバーグもサイズが選べるのは良いた思います。
只残念なのは、二階に店舗が有るので、足の不自由な方や、足腰弱い方にはハードルが高いかな‥一応手摺は付いてはいましたが、闘病中にはキツかったですf(^_^;

前菜
→新鮮度抜群で、久しずりに水水しいとても美味しい生ナスを食べられて幸せでした。
にんじん芋も本当美味かったです。
スープ
→美味しかったですが、やや塩分多めに感じました。
パンを一切れ一緒に出して下さると嬉しいかも。
ローストビーフ
→ひっっさしぶりに美味しいローストビーフを食べれました。5星ホテルのバイキングでのローストビーフは美味しくなく嫌がる私ですが、美味しく頂きました。
ハンバーグ
→ふわふわで肉汁も十分あり、美味しいと思います。
ですが、味付けがほぼされていないので、
ソースに少し塩分を求めましたが、
味は良いものの、
薄味のハンバーグにアクセントを加えてくれるレベルまでには行きませんでした。
でも、
良い時間を過ごせました。

お店は、入り口で靴を脱いで階段を上がって2階へ…
お座敷で予約していたので、すぐ案内してもらえました。
店内全体がもう土足ではないので、動き回る子連れには最高！

季節野菜のパレットが、もう盛り付けが可愛い◎
えのきとか生で食べたの初めて！でも美味しい！
スープは小松菜のスープでした。
ハンバーグ、びっくりするぐらい柔らかくて美味！

お店の方の人柄がお料理に現れてる、優しい美味しさでした。
家の近所なら、子連れママ友ランチで通いたいぐらい。
