子供のこぶし位の大きさの鶏肉をニンニクや生姜、醤油等で手ごねして一晩寝かしてから揚げてます。
柔らかくてジューシーでとても美味しいですよ。
揚げるのに少し時間がかかるので電話で注文してから行くといいですよ。
