★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川和町駅から陸橋で続く複合ビルの地下にある駐車場で、駐車台数は多くないものの地下ゆえやたらに人が入らない安全性があります。この界隈で最大料金料金がもっとも安い穴場です。ビルの清掃を行う人がエントランスを掃除してくれているので清潔な感じ。通称区役所通りを上麻生線に向かって交差点そばのスロープを地下に降って入場。手前に別のパーキングもあります。送り迎えの車の列がスロープそばまで路駐し、車線をつぶしていることがあるので注意を。満車の際は、すぐ手前か交差点を右折、左折でコインパーキングがありますがいずれも混雑しがちです。
The parking lot is located in the basement of a complex building that connects Kawawacho Station to an overpass. Although the number of parking lots is not large, there is a safety that people cannot enter because it is underground. It is a little-known spot with the lowest maximum charge in this area. The person who cleans the building cleans the entrance, so it feels clean. Go down the slope near the intersection toward the Kamio Aso Line on the so-called Kuyakusho-dori and enter. There is another parking lot in the foreground. Be aware that a line of pick-up and drop-off cars may be parked near the slope and crush the lane. When the car is full, there is coin parking just before or at the intersection, and turn left, but both tend to be crowded.
