S	Shintaro A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族葬1/25の告別式までで利用。営業の西野さんにお世話になった。他の式場と違い営業が告別式の最後まで付き添ってもらえた点は助かった。あと写真撮影なども融通をきかせてもらえた。シンプルで華やかさはないが、前回の葬儀社と比べるとかなり満足度が高かった。おすすめ Used until the funeral ceremony of 1/25 for family funeral. I was taken care of by Mr. Nishino of sales. Unlike the other ceremonial halls, the fact that the sales staff was able to accompany them to the end of the farewell ceremony was helpful. I also had some flexibility in taking photos. Although simple and gorgeous, it was much more satisfying than the previous funeral company. Recommended
マ	マンゴーチャン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今月尼崎在住だった祖父の葬儀で使わせて頂きました。最初に自宅葬にするか迷っていたので、それも可能ということで、相談に乗って頂き、こちらのホールでさせて頂くことにしました。担当の方は、とても頼もしく、細かな気配りをさりげなくして下さる方でした。他のスタッフの方々（当直の担当の方も）全てが、アットホームながら、すごく居心地良く過ごさせてくださる安心感がありました。ホールもプチホールという名の通り小さめですが、新しく綺麗で、通夜も葬儀もとても素晴らしい物にして頂けて、本当にここで良かったと思いました。どのような葬儀にするのか最初の相談に乗ってもらうのは、私は3度目でしたが、全て含めて、こちらのホールとスタッフの方達が、1番素敵で印象に残りました。 I used it at the funeral of my grandfather who lived in Amagasaki this month. At first I was wondering whether to bury it at home, so I decided to consult with him because it was possible, and I decided to do it in this hall. The person in charge was very reliable and was a person who casually took care of the details. There was a sense of security that all the other staff members (including those in charge of the shift) were able to spend a very comfortable time at home. The hall is small as the name suggests, but it's new and beautiful, and I'm really glad that I was able to make the night and funeral very wonderful. It was the third time for me to get the first consultation on what kind of funeral to do, but the hall and staff here, including all of them, were the most wonderful and impressive.
K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ建物、備品とも新しく、またきれいに清掃されており快適。建物の造りもわかりやすく利用しやすい。駐車場は正面と隣の駐車場も使用できるので出入りがしやすい。担当の方は気さくで何でも気兼ねなく相談出来た。会場の女性の方は特に気配りと所作が美しく素晴らしかった。会場経由で紹介いただいたご住職様も大変親切で、とても良かった。追加で湯灌をしましたが、こちらも大変丁寧で、家族からもお湯掛けが出来、良かったです。お葬式を出したのは４回目（尼崎、伊丹、他府県）でしたが、４会場のなかでこちらが1番良かったと思います。クレジットカード不可、当日現金支払いで不便でしたので星1つマイナスしました。 The building and equipment are still new and clean and comfortable. The structure of the building is easy to understand and easy to use. The parking lot can be used both in front and next, so it is easy to get in and out. The person in charge was friendly and could talk about anything without hesitation. The women at the venue were particularly beautiful and attentive. The priest who introduced us via the venue was also very kind and very nice. I did additional bathing, but it was also very polite and I was glad that my family could bathe it. It was the fourth time we had the funeral (Amagasaki, Itami, other prefectures), but I think this was the best of the four venues. Credit cards are not accepted, and it was inconvenient for cash payment on the day, so I deducted 1 star.
