K	Ken Send on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施工が雑で残念でした。アフターフォローも特にありません。(こちらが強く指摘したところは直してくれましたが) ウェブサイトに載っているようなモデルルーム並みの仕上げにすると、この会社では新築マンションを買うのと変わらない費用がかかります。中古マンションの躯体の寿命、住宅ローン減税やフラット35の利用可能性などを考えると、新築を選ぶほうが良いです。立地は絶対譲れない、その場所には中古マンションしかない、多めの減価償却使いたい、完成後は絶対に引っ越さないこんな人は中古リノベを考えてもいいでしょう。(ただここは高すぎて、費用を抑えられません) リノベ後にその物件を売る事になる場合、リノベ後住居してしまうと販売価格にあまり反映されないのでとても不利です。(リノベしてない中古マンションとあまり値段が変わらない) Construction was a shame a miscellaneous. Y	Yusuke Amano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件探し中に担当営業の方が音信不通になりました。物件探しからリノベーションまでワンストップで対応できる業者を何社か比較し、担当の方の対応が一番しっかりしていると感じて選択しました。何度か打ち合わせをして、「物件をいくつか提案するので気になる物件があれば随時教えてください」となったのですが、その後ほとんど連絡が来なくなりました。物件を探してくれているのか不安に思いつつ、たまに見つかった気になる物件を送ると返事はきますが、特に仲介を勧めてくるわけでもありませんでした。最終的に「物件一覧として今日中にご案内します」と言われたきり、その後の連絡はありませんでした。それまでの歯切れの悪いやり取りも含め、ビジネスパートナーとして信頼できないと判断し、自分で一から物件を探し別の会社に依頼しました。最初にリノベしようと思った時から数えると半年ほど無駄にしました。物件探しで躓いたため、デザイン・施工については評価できません。対応自体は良かったので、物件を持ち込める状況ならまた違った評価になったと思います。 While searching for a property, the sales person in charge lost communication.
