★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばセット８８０円、ミニカツ丼選択を頂きました。
スープはダシを強調し過ぎない万人に好まれるタイプ。チャーシュー代わりに柔らかく煮込まれた鶏肉が乗っているのがアクセントです。
カツ丼にびっくり。衣は極めてキメ細かくカリカリ、ソースは酸味、甘みが抑えられたクセのないあっさり味、そしてふっくらジューシーなささ身（多分）のカツで、ミニではなくフルサイズで食べたくなる旨さでした。
店内に清潔感があるのと、店員さんが明るくテキパキしているのも気持ちが良かったです。

Soup is a type that is preferred by everyone who does not overemphasize dashi. The accent is that softly stewed chicken is on board instead of char siu.
I was surprised at the katsudon. The batter was extremely fine and crispy, the sauce was sour, the sweetness was suppressed and the taste was light, and the cutlet was plump and juicy (probably), which made me want to eat it in full size instead of mini.
It was nice that the inside of the store was clean and the clerk was cheerful and cheerful.

ラーメンと鳥のから揚げ丼のセットを頼んで食べてきました。
鳥料理専門店らしく、唐揚げは衣サクサクで美味しかったです。

アッサリ醤油ですが さすが鳥の出汁がしっかり感じられるスープが 美味しいですよね。
チャーハンは、作り置きかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥料理専門のお店だけあって、スープが美味しいラーメンでした。チャーハンもパラパラ具合がちょうど良く、味が濃いめでラーメンに負けてません。塩ラーメンを食べた家族が、これまたスープが美味しいって感動してました。麺は普通に美味しい細麺タイプで、スープの絡みは良かったです。また、来てみたいお店が一軒増えました☺️。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ラーメンとミニチキンカツ丼(ソースカツ)のセットをいただきました。ラーメンのスープはさすが鶏専門店と言う味。残さず飲み干してしまいました。そして、チキンカツがジューシー!!脂身がないのになんでこんなに旨いの？ここのチキンカツは絶対に食べていただきたい。
数年ぶりによらせてもらい、休業期間もあったお店にもかかわらず、美味しさはそのままでした。コロナ対策もきちんとしており、客席も程よくあけられていました。
