意	意志人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回Androidですが修理をして頂きました。Androidは修理部品は取寄になるため一週間程の時間がかかりました……が、それを差し引いてもお値段、接客、修理の早さ、クオリティ全部満点！文句なしです！当然iPhoneなら部品取り寄せの一週間なんか掛からず多分小一時間で作業終わります。個人的にですが下手な携帯ショップなんかより全然ストレス無いのでオススメです? 佐	佐々木保博 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年4月1日開店直後に予約の電話にも丁寧に対応して頂いたうえ、かなり安くして頂きました。今日依頼した修理の内容は｢ボタンの反応が悪い(恐らく接触不良)｣と｢画面割れ｣予算オーバーの為、実際にはボタン廻りの修理のみ依頼。今月４日に収入がある為、画面修理は後日(４日の予定)①予算の都合があった②後日、再度来店する③スマホ無いと流石に不便など……あげれば｢それなりに｣安くする理由をあげる事は出来ますが｢１回分の修理｣として扱って頂き｢４日は画面のパーツ代だけで良いですよ？｣との事……驚きを通り越して、正直呆れました(もちろん良い意味で)初来店でリピーターになるかも分からない、後日、(同一端末であるとは言え)別件での修理(画面修理の事)……｢パーツ代｣だけ、確かに電話にて予約する時に｢それほど余裕無いので出来るだけ安く｣とは言った物の……この投稿を読んだ皆さん良く考えてみて下さい、このコロナの御時世……ここまでお客様に寄り添った仕事をする人が果たしてこの世に何人居るでしょう？このお店は信頼信用出来ます。普通出来ません(当然ですがいくら安くして頂いたかはお店に迷惑がかかるので目が黒いうちは決して公開しません)もちろん腕も確かですよ。スマホで困ったらここですね岩手に住んでるなら｢新幹線に乗ってでも依頼｣した方が良いです。大手のキャリア(ドコモ等大手3社)ではリセットされるし、戻ってくるのを待つのも数日かかるし……｢新幹線乗っても損はない｣ですね April 1, 2022 Immediately after the store opened, we kindly responded to the reservation call and made it considerably cheaper.
