亡くなった私の母が子供の頃から食べていた。私も初めて食べたのは40年以上前。
地元に根ざしその歴史に思いを馳せながら戴きました。
昨今の蕎麦ブームに流されない、昔ながらのそばです。うんちくかたらずに召し上がれ。

My mother who died had been eating since childhood. I first ate it over 40 years ago.
I was rooted in my hometown and thought about the history.
It is an old-fashioned soba that is not swept away by the recent soba boom. Eat without peeps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予想外に良かった。伊佐須美神社に置いてあった地元のガイドマップに載ってますが、大通りから一本外れた場所(小学校の近く)にあるので車では非常に分かりにくかった。
店は4代続いているというだけあって？民家の一角で料理を提供しているという感じ。
ただ、とにかく安い。
素うどん300円、天ぷらうどん350円、ミニ丼とセット700円。
しかも普通に美味しい。いりこ出汁なのか、うどんも蕎麦もかなり濃い目の出汁。
天ぷらはかき揚げのようなもの。
カツ丼は甘くて濃くて若者が食べたらめっちゃテンション上がりそうな味だった。
It was unexpectedly good. It's on the local guide map at Isami Shrine, but it's a little off the main road (near the elementary school), so it was very difficult to understand by car.
Does the store have four generations in a row? It feels like cooking is provided in a corner of a private house.
However, it is cheap anyway.
Soup udon 300 yen, tempura udon 350 yen, mini bowl and set 700 yen.
And it's usually delicious. Whether it is sardine soup, udon and buckwheat noodles are very thick soup stock.
Tempura is like kakiage.
The katsu-don was sweet and thick, and the taste was likely to increase when young people ate it.

歯応えのある太麺田舎そばで一般的な蕎麦屋と比較して劇的に安い！
肩肘はらずお腹を空かせて行くお店。蕎麦以外のメニューも有ります。
The cluttered interior is not beautiful to compliment. Cospa that makes you want to go even if you deduct it.
Chewy thick noodles Dramatically cheaper than ordinary soba noodles in the countryside!
