普通に更衣室・ロッカー・シャワーがあり快適に使用させて頂きました。
I went to Miyazu City for the first time and used it as a running base.
There are changing rooms, lockers, and showers, so I used it comfortably.

体育館入口にゴムスリッパがあります。
駐車場は5時間を越えると有料とありますが、無人精算機もなく、これまで徴収されたことはありません。大きな大会では満車になることもありますが、隣接の道の駅等に駐車することができます。食事は近くに食堂（新鮮な刺身、海鮮類あり）や大型スーパーMippleもあり。
立地は国道178号線からのアクセスは道幅も広く、迷うことはありません。

There is a rubber slipper at the gymnasium entrance.
There is a charge for parking after 5 hours, but there is no unattended settlement machine and it has never been collected. In big competitions, it may become full, but you can park at the adjacent roadside station. There is also a dining room nearby (with fresh sashimi and seafood) and a large super Mipple.
The location is wide from National Route 178, so you won't get lost.
