★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 門柱のタイルが落下、運の悪いことに加工が必要な箇所が割れてしまい、何軒か問い合わせして、林タイルさんに辿り着きました。
問い合わせの翌日に、時間を作って来訪して頂き、「すぐに直りますよ」と、車から道具を取り出し、その場であっと言う間に修理が完了しました。
今後も剥がれ落ちる可能性があると、丁寧な説明があり、対処方法まで教えて頂き、また良心的な料金も含め、全てにおいて感謝しかありません。
来訪前に電話連絡もあり、車の座席のすぐ手の届く所に消毒スプレーも置いてありました。
大変信頼出来る業者さんです。
 The tiles on the gatepost fell, and unfortunately the parts that needed to be processed broke, so I inquired about several houses and arrived at Hayashi Tile.
The day after the inquiry, I had time to visit and said, "I'll fix it soon." I took out the tools from the car and the repair was completed in a blink of an eye.
There is a polite explanation that there is a possibility that it will come off in the future, and I am grateful for everything, including how to deal with it and a reasonable fee.
There was a phone call before the visit, and a disinfectant spray was placed within easy reach of the car seats.
It is a very reliable supplier.
