民間じゃ考えられない横暴な対応。
怒って電話すると、更に対応悪い、質の悪いところ。
流石、大阪の南にあるだけあって、ガラ悪い。

If you call in an angry manner, the response will be poor and the quality will be poor.

ホームページに提出も予約必要と書いといて。

初めての手続きに大丈夫だろうかと
何もわからない状態で訪問しましたが
証明書発行窓口、登記手続き(予約)窓口
どの窓口もとても親切に教えて頂き
無事に手続きを済ます事が出来ました。
駐車場がすぐそばにあり、訪問先で
押印してもらうと無料で利用出来ます。
ただすぐにいっぱいになるようです。

窓口は17：15までと案内に書かれており、窓口のテレビの時刻も17:14でした。
気持ちはわかりますが、こちらも平日の仕事の合間をぬって遠い場所から来ていたので、少し対応としては、悪いと言わざるを得ません。
ぜひ、同じ思いのする方があらわれないように改善していただきたいです。
