★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大分前から予約していたのに予約の前日に"現在新規の客を取っていない"という理由で一方的にキャンセルされました。それならばはじめから予約を取れないようにするべきでは？予定が狂いましたし、非常に迷惑です。
