★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 九州を標榜しているようですが、注文した馬刺(熊本)、水炊き(博多)等は似て非なるものでした。本場の方が遥かに洗練されています。
 It seems that they advocate Kyushu, but the horse sashimi (Kumamoto) and mizutaki (Hakata) that I ordered were similar and different. The home is much more sophisticated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人と利用。もつ鍋とさつま揚げは美味しかった。馬レバー刺しは売り切れで残念だった。少し高めの値段設定だが良いと思います。
Use with friends. The hot pot and sweet potato were delicious. It was disappointing that horse liver stabbing was sold out. I think that it is good though it is a slightly higher price setting.

後ろの席は店にいた90分間は前客の食べ残しやコップ、皿がそのまま。
店に入り1時間もしたころには店内のお客さんもまばらになったのに厨房では談笑している感じで残念でした。
サラダは野菜の水切りまで手がまわらなかったのか水浸しでタルタルちょっぴりチキン南蛮は衣に水が浸かり味が台無し。
豚串は生焼けでしたが、看板商品と思われるもつ鍋はスープが変に薄く感じ、生モツ？は脂っこさが引っかかってしまい本場風の味？は一緒にいたみんながギブアップしてほとんど残ってしまいました。
全くたまたまであってほしいものです。

The pork skewers were cooked raw, but the soup pot that seems to be a signboard product felt the soup strangely thin. Is the authentic taste because of the oiliness? Everyone who was together gave up and almost remained.
I want it to happen completely.

まぁ〜のってないのは良いとして、メニュー表の写真入れ替えるのは普通やない？
それ見て料理頼んでるんだからさ。
ドリンクもソフトドリンク頼んだのにアルコール入ってるし最悪です！
