牛の出産時期の春から秋までしか生産しないというこだわりよう。販売は金曜の午後のみ、かつ販売のメインは定期購入の方々なので、試しに買ってみたい！という方は、案内看板も少ないし、在庫もあるかわからないので、連絡の上いかれることをオススメします。
定期購入者以外は、1本900ml540円（瓶代込み）。スーパーの一般的な牛乳しか飲んだことない方は、これが同じ牛乳！？と驚くことうけおい。個性の強烈なノンホモ低温殺菌牛乳を、一生のうち一度は飲んでみる価値が大いにあると思わせてくれるだろう。
