海	海野カヨ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新青森駅には何度も行っていますが、初めて気になっていた太宰らうめんを食べました。少ししょっぱいかなと思いましたが、筍や海藻がたっぷり入っていて予想通りの美味しさでした。他にも津軽の郷土料理が色々楽しめるお店です。 I've been to Shin-Aomori station many times, but for the first time I ate Dazai Ramen. I ordered scallop grilled miso ramen. It was a volumey one with mini rice balls on it, and the scallops, which are grilled with shellfish, had a good taste. The egg binding sucks the juice and is delicious, and at the end the rice balls are loosened and it looks like a miso-flavored uncle.
い	いさな。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煮干しラーメンとミニ馬肉丼を頂きました。ラーメンはスープはまあそれなりでしたが、トッピングの肉（豚？）が合わないと感じました。チャーシューでなく、他の調理にしてましたが、もっと合う肉があるのではと感じました。丼物は、至って普通。頼まなくても良かったかなあ。馬肉使ってるからかなり期待しましたが、特徴的な味でもなく、豆腐も柔らか過ぎで味が染み込んで無かったです。しかもですかとんぶりの周りが油ベトベトで、手を汚すことになりました。しかもオシボリや濡れ付近もなく、接客難ありと感じました。厨房と接客の仲が悪そうに見えました。駅中の立地なので、お客は来るんだろうけど、アグラをかいてる感じがしました。二度と行くまいと強く思いました。 I had dried sardines and a mini horse meat bowl.
