友人が購入を決めて一緒に行きましたが、先に到着していた友人に対して冷たく見た目だけで判断し何の対応もなく放置されていました。
友人以外はドリンクの提供もありましたが、友人はただ端の方で飲み物もなく待たされていました。
他のマツダではこの様な対応は無かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ訪問してもとても感じのよい対応をしていただけるお店です。駐車場に車が入って来たとたんに、中から店員さんがダッシュで出て来られて駐車の誘導をしてくださいますし、帰りは信号が変わるまで丁寧にお見送りを毎回していただき感激します。営業の方も整備士の方も皆さんいつも笑顔で点検などした場合は、とても丁寧に綺麗に洗車していただけます。店内は綺麗で、飲み物なども充実していて待ち時間も気になりません。
