★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先代のころは、いつも満員で随分と待ち時間が長かった印象がありましたが、代替わりしてから建物が綺麗になって、待ち時間も殆どなく見てもらえるようになりました。看護婦さんの数が患者さんより多い位なので、スムーズに処置されるのかと思いますが、待っている患者さんも少ないので、少し丁寧に診てくれたらいいなというのが正直な感想です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花粉症治療の為に、平日の夕刻に初訪問。座る場所も無いくらい、結構、混んでましたが、回転は早く、約30分程度で診察へ。受付の対応や、待合室の雰囲気は可もなく不可もなく。で、診察シーンですが、花粉症という事で、軽く見られているのか?診察は約1分で終了(まぁ、ここまでは仕方ない&シーズン的に他病院でも見受けられるシーンかと…)、その際に、“普段はアレグラを飲んでいるが、最近は効かなくなってきた”、なので、“眠くならない系且つ、アレグラ以上の効き目が期待できる薬”が欲しい、とリクエストしました。“とにかく眠くなる系はNGで”とも念押ししました、で、処方された薬が“ルパフィン”なる薬でした。“新薬にて効きますよー”と笑顔で説明がありました。その後、薬局に行って、薬を受け取った際にビックリ…、「効きは強い、が、眠さも強い」との事。あぁ、流れ作業的な診察が常態化しており、患者の主張やリクエストがまったく耳に入ってない!!或いは、薬の知識が無いのか!!いずれにせよ、最悪な対応でした。というか、いい加減さMAXの先生で、ただただ驚いています。もう2度行く事は無いですね、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受けの方の対応が酷いです。3歳の発達障害のある子供が受診の前に待合室で大泣きしてしまったのですが、「他の方のご迷惑になるので!」と言われました。仕方なく真夏の炎天下でしたが、外で待ちました。
障害者であることも事前にお話しましたし、ヘルプマークも鞄に付けています!
確かに、泣き叫んでしまい、申し訳なかったと思いますが、待合には1人の方しかおりませんでしたので、その方には頭を下げました。親だって、どうにもできないことはあります。悲しくて涙が出ました。
うるさいからと怒られ、個室に通してもらえるわけでもなく、真夏の炎天下で外で待つ。鼻風邪で受診しに行ったのに、逆に悪化しますよね?
病院なのにホスピタリティの欠片もないんですね。先生や看護婦さんは親切なのに、とても残念です。

正直混雑されると利用しにくくなるから敢えて貶めているのか!?と勘ぐってしまう。
看護師さんや受付の方達は耳が痛い人に配慮して小声で話されていると思うのだが、私の耳が遠くなっているせいであんまり聞こえなくてむしろ申し訳なかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 処方された目眩の薬に飲むと鼻詰まりになり、唇が爛れアレルギー反応が出ている様で、飲むのを止めました。
総合病院の耳鼻科の医師に症状を伝えると、飲むのを止めましょうと言われ、その薬を飲むことをやめました。
この事をここの先生に伝えると、鼻のとおりを良くする薬のため、鼻が詰まる事は無い!
と言い切られました。
何も調べる事もせず、断言できるのか疑問です。
さらには、アレルギー性鼻炎の薬を飲むと、耳の裏側が毎回熱くなり、痛くなりました。
このため、保冷剤を耳の裏側にあて、冷やす程でした。
この事を先生に伝えると、痛くなるわけ無い!と検査もせず、きっぱり言い切られました。
もう、二度とこの医院には行きません。

ため近所の耳鼻科に行くことにしました。
クチコミでは受付の女性の愛想が悪いと書かれていましたが痛みに負けて行ってみると確かにショートヘアの女性にはあまり良いイメージにはなりませんでした。
夕方の診療時間に行き開いてすぐ行きましたが1時間はまたされました。
診察の順番が回ってきたのですが耳の状態を見てもらってもなにも異常ないですねぇーと言われ耳の中にも機械を何も入れずパッと目で確認されただけでした。
全然関係のない薬を処方されその日の夜中耳から膿が出てきてしまって翌朝違う病院に行くと完全に中耳炎ですねと言われました。
中耳炎ですら見抜けない先生なので当てになりません。しかも初診だったからもしれないですが
お会計が4千円以上(薬代は別)いきびっくりしました。クチコミが良い病院に行くとまず設備が全然違く耳中にカメラを入れ見てもらうとすぐ中耳炎とわかりました。しかもそちらのお会計は数百円ですみました。
個人的な意見ですがもう二度と行きません。
