Contracted with a different realtor, and got a MUCH better experience overall. この会社がお願いしました日にちより早めに契約を始めました。ですから家賃が毎月困りました。これを説明してもスタッフの方が無視しました。日本が１０年何ですが、始めてこんなに失礼治らなかったことを経験しました。 Terrible experience. Contracted with a different realtor, and got a MUCH better experience overall. I started the contract earlier than the date this company requested. So I was in trouble every month for rent. Even if I explained this, the staff ignored it. It's been 10 years in Japan, but for the first time I've experienced that it wasn't so rude.

黒	黒猫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良いところが一つもない最悪の店舗。スタッフ（男性）の対応も本当に悪い。対面の席に案内されたのに「お待ちください」の言葉も何もなく違う仕事を行い始め、電話までかける始末。5分以上そのまま待たされた。また、電話をした際も相槌が適当で、「つまり○○ということですか？」と言われた内容が全く見当違いのことでそれまでの私の相談内容をちゃんと聞いていなかったことが丸わかりだった。全体的に雑。もう2度とレオパレスで部屋は借りないです。 The worst store with no good points.
