熟	熟女ポメラニアンと時々私。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、山陰までのドライブ途中に寄りました。店内綺麗で品揃えもなかなかです。ホットコーヒー②個とダージリンティー①個をレジにて伝え購入しようとしました。しかし、レジをしてくれてる若い女性はコーヒー①個、ダージリンティー①個でレジを打ったのです。さっき言ったにも関わらず聞いてなかったのか日本語が不自由なのか(でもネームプレートは日本人の姓でした)…。数を訂正したところ、すみませんもなくレジを打ち直されました。接客業じゃなくても人に迷惑をかけたらまずはごめんなさいじゃないんですか？どんな躾を受けてこられたのか大変興味深いです。その人の後ろにおられたバリスタさんらしき(コーヒーなどを煎れてくださった)女性の気遣いと、ミスしたレジ女性へのフォロー対応が大変素晴らしいかったです。彼女がおられなかったら多分その場で説教してたと思うし、☆はマイナスでしたね。彼女は☆5の店員さんです。お客さんに挨拶もできず仏頂面で自分のミス謝る事すらできない人は、接客業に向いてないと接客業の私は思います。 The other day, I stopped by on the way to Sanin.
