契約前に、インターネットの専用線（ホームタイプ）を直引きすることを確認したところ、問題ないとのことでした。
しかし、入居後に大家さんに確認を取ると、そんな話は知らないし、勝手にそんなことをされては困るとのこと。
部屋を確認した際にも、前の借主のときからの痛んでいる箇所も、お前が隠せばいいと痛んでる床もそのまま放置。おそらく退去の際に、修繕費用を取るんでしょうね。
この業者はやめておいたほうが賢明だと思います。
