シャリは酢の味が薄めだが、ほのかに暖かく、ネタは生臭くなくて、しっかりした厚みもある｡一方小鉢の煮物は濃い目の味付けで、味噌汁のダシの取り方は甘い。
味は好き嫌いあるだろうけど、回転寿司なんかと比べちゃあいけません。

ネタも美味しくお酒の種類もあったので、お酒を飲みながら食べるのも良いですね。

最近、コロナのせいなのか、物価高のせいなのか…近所の御用達のお店の品質が落ちたので久々に美味しいお寿司が食べたくて伺いました。
わざわざ隣町から行った甲斐がありました。
