M	Masanobu Kuroda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/3/11にリニューアルした金威（かむい）、これまでは本格中国料理お店として下北沢の人たちに愛されてきましたが、こちらのお店は海鮮あんかけ焼きそば・麻婆豆腐・担々麺専門店となりました。ちなみに5月に代沢に新たに本格中国料理のお店をオープン予定です。元々、本格的でありながらカジュアルな雰囲気のお店でしたが、カウンター席のみのお店となり1人でも気軽に入れるお店になりました。そんな、リニューアルした下北沢南口商店街の金威で、四川麻婆豆腐と特製坦々麺のセットをいただきました。麻婆豆腐は通常でも比較的辛めですが、ちょっと物足りなさを感じ唐辛子をかじったら、凄まじい辛さ、、、当然ですけどね。スパイス感満載の本格麻婆豆腐は、とーってもご飯が進みます。一方、ミニサイズの担々麺は辛さは控えめで旨味がたっぷりの絶品。さらに、お店の案内にも書かれている通り残ったスープにご飯を投入すれば、最後までこの坦々スープを堪能することができます。ちなみに器は全て景徳鎮で揃えたとか。とーっても可愛い器で食べると雰囲気が出ますねー。ちなみに辛さと痺れはプラス100円で強くすることができますし、逆に弱くすることもできるので、辛いのが苦手な方もご安心くださいー。 Kamui, which was renewed on March 11, 2021, has been loved by the people of Shimokitazawa as an authentic Chinese restaurant, but this restaurant is seafood ankake fried noodles, mapo tofu, and dandan noodles. Mapo tofu is usually relatively spicy, but if you feel a little unsatisfactory and bite the chili pepper, it will be terrible spicy, of course. Authentic mapo tofu full of spices goes very well with rice. On the other hand, the mini-sized dandan noodles are exquisite with a modest spiciness and plenty of umami. In addition, if you add rice to the remaining soup as described in the shop guide, you can enjoy this soup until the end. By the way, all the vessels were prepared in Jingdezhen. If you eat it with a very cute bowl, you will get an atmosphere. By the way, spiciness and numbness can be strengthened for an additional 100 yen, and conversely it can be weakened, so even those who are not good at spiciness can rest assured.

r	romein masaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜ご飯で初利用。麻婆豆腐定食950円(辛さは指定してなかったので普通) お店の評価は事前に見てきて不安なところもありましたが、味としては可もなく不可もなく。麻婆豆腐としての辛味と痺れは結構来ました。ただ味としてのコクだったり深みが少し無い印象がありました。ただ辛味と痺れを感じる食べ物。この周辺の中華事情は分からないですが人に勧める？と言われたら別のお店勧めますね。リニューアル後のお店の雰囲気しか分からないですが、壁際に1人用カウンターしかないので値段と量的に1人飯なら良いかもしれないですが、人と来るのを想定した時にここは選ばないかな… この日は2人で来たので、店員さんがパーティーションを外してくれたのでそこは良かったです。量と店員さんの評価で星がひとつ増えたかなという印象のお店でした。 First use for dinner.
