★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理費は一体何に使っているのか？と思うほど、共用部分が汚いです。
エントランスにある飾りの白い石はこの10年以上放置されたまま埃だらけ、共用廊下の電球は1/3が玉切れ、エレベーターの床はいつも汚れがついた状態。
現在引っ越し検討中です。
 What is the management fee used for? The common areas are so dirty that I think.
The white stones at the entrance have been left unattended for more than 10 years and are full of dust, one-third of the light bulbs in the common corridor are out of stock, and the elevator floor is always dirty.
We are currently considering moving.
