備品が故障したと伝えても、わかりましたすぐ対応します！と言って一月は何の連絡なしの放置。こちらからどうなったかと連絡すると、面倒くさそうな対応・・・
それも1度や2度じゃありません。
とにかく信用出来ない店ですね。

Even if you tell us that the equipment has broken down, we will respond immediately! That said, I left it without any contact in January. If you contact us about what happened, it will be a hassle ...
It's not once or twice.
