★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬師堂にある菓心モリヤさんのいちご大福と道明寺を頂きました。 こちらのお店は、以前は蓮坊の仙台一高前に店舗を構えていましたが、薬師堂のご自宅を改装して移転されたそうです。
いちご大福は大きないちごが入っていて、あんは白あんに練乳が入っていました。 甘いあんこといちごの酸味がマッチして美味です。 道明寺にもいちごが入っているのは珍しいですよね。
今日はひな祭りということもあって、こちらの可愛らしい和菓子を頂き、早春の訪れを感じました。
I received Ichigo Daifuku and Domyoji from Kashin Moriya in Yakushido. This store used to have a store in front of Sendai Ichitaka in Renbo, but it seems that the house of Yakushido was renovated and relocated.
Ichigo Daifuku contained big strawberries, and the bean paste contained condensed milk in white bean paste. The sweet bean paste and the acidity of the strawberry match and it is delicious. It is rare that strawberries are also contained in Domyoji.
Today is the Doll's Festival, so I had this cute Japanese sweet and felt the arrival of early spring.
