ハートランド生と冷製コーン舞茸スープでスタート！
ハートランド生、?は泡立ちも細かく美味、お通しの冷製スープは舞茸のダシがきいてて美味しい！
串焼もひと工夫ふた工夫あり味も美味！お好みでニンニク味噌をつけられるのも(≧∇≦)b
高知産ブリの藁焼きも鮮度よく、藁焼きの香ばしさが身の旨味を引き立て、めちゃくちゃ美味しい！！薬味がまた◎！
同じく高知の美丈夫純米吟醸とマッチし過ぎて感動?
美丈夫、香りと旨味、透明感、キレのバランスが良くめちゃくちゃ美味しいですね！
同じく高知のトンゴロ揚げと、高知の日本酒安芸虎 純米80を合わせる。トンゴロ初めて食べました。旨味があって臭みもなく、サクサクの食感の奥に旨味、アクセントとなる苦味、磯の香りを感じました(*´∀｀*)美味しい?
日本酒もお料理もどれもとてもとても美味でした！
今回は1人だったため食べられる品数に限界がありましたが、また来たいなと思いました。感謝！
ただ一つだけ気になったのはお絞りのにおいくらいかな。

野菜串はどれも肉巻きで、ゴロゴロした野菜がどれも美味しかったです。
メインは、お刺身、藁焼き、鳥肉（丸焼きなど）。お酒も種類豊富で、まさに飲んで食べてお腹いっぱいで満足という感じです。
二人で満足に飲み食いして5,000円前後だったので、とても驚きです笑
お店の人はとてもハキハキしていて、雰囲気が良いところでした。
また行きたいなと思える居酒屋さんです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吉祥寺駅から井の頭道路沿いに渋谷方向へ徒歩数分の所にある居酒屋。高知直送の鮮魚と野菜豚巻串が店自慢のようだ。鶏やベーコンのワラ焼きパフォーマンスは圧巻で、薫製のような香ばしい味が最高。各地のお勧め日本酒が定額なのが嬉しい。居心地のよい店で、Uber Eatsによる宅配もやっている。
An izakaya located a few minutes' walk from Kichijoji Station along the Inokashira Road toward Shibuya. The restaurant boasts fresh fish and vegetable pork skewers sent directly from Kochi. The performance of grilled chicken and bacon with straw is a masterpiece, and the fragrant taste like smoked is the best. I'm glad that the recommended sake from each region is a fixed price. It's a cozy store, with Uber Eats courier.

全体的に料理が美味しい。
特に今の季節だと筍の天麩羅が最高。
藁焼きが名物。
2人で2杯ずつ飲んで食べて8千円ぐらい。
店は小さくカウンターだと隣の方と近く、隣の方が厨房の方と大きな声で喋る喋る、、
そこは、コロナ感染が少し怖いと感じました。
ご馳走様でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店は半地下になっており、入り口が通りに面していないので初めて訪れる時には少し見つけにくい。
井ノ頭通り沿いを下を見ながら進むと良いかも。
料理はとにかく美味しい。特に藁焼きの鰹のたたきや鶏ももは超おすすめ。そして、料理に添えられる薬味や付け合せの野菜の量が実に気前が良い。20種類の野菜のじぃまサラダはかなりの大盛。
串焼きも、他の店ではあまり見ないレタスの肉巻きなど、珍しい野菜串が種類多くあり、肉と野菜をバランスよく美味しく食べられる。
調味料も手作りなのか、にんにく味噌やドレッシング、柚子胡椒、塩レモンなど料理に合わせて出してくれる。串焼きのタレがとても美味しく、ご飯にかけたいくらい(笑)。
接客はにこやかにテキパキとしていて親切丁寧！とても気持ちが良い。
あまり日を置かずにまた行きたくなるお店です。

The food is delicious anyway. Especially, the straw-grilled bonito flakes and chicken thighs are highly recommended. And the amount of condiments and vegetables to accompany the dish is really generous. The 20 kinds of vegetable Jima salad is quite large.
As for skewers, there are many kinds of rare vegetable skewers such as lettuce meat rolls that are not often seen in other stores, and you can eat meat and vegetables in a well-balanced and delicious manner.
Perhaps the seasonings are also handmade, they serve garlic miso, dressing, yuzu pepper, salt lemon, etc. according to the dish. The sauce on the skewers is so delicious that I want to put it on rice (laughs).
The customer service is smiling, cheerful and kind and polite! It feels very good.
It's a shop that makes you want to go again in a short time.
