★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ラーメン（大盛）とミニソースカツ丼のセットを頂きました。まず、スープが旨いです。しょっぱさも丁度良く、とても丁寧にスープ作りをしていると実感できるいい出汁が取れています。
他店でよくあるのは「しょっぱさは丁度良いが出汁がダメなパターン」と「出汁は良く取れているが味が薄い」という事がありますが、まんくくさんはどちらもバランスが良くとても美味しいです。
また、麺に関してはコシの強い太麺で今まで食べた中で一番のコシがあり、食べ終わるまで伸びませんでした。自家製麺？
チャーシューは厚くて柔らかく、味も良いのでチャーシュー丼で頂いても良さそうです。麺の量も「大盛」にふさわしい結構なボリュームがあり、他店では「これで大盛？」と感じられる事が多いですが、大盛相応の量でした（個人比）
ソースカツ丼は注文後に厨房で肉を叩いている（柔らかくするため）音が聞こえ、あらかじめ叩いているものを使うのではなく、揚げる直前に処理をしており、とても丁寧さを感じました。
ミニソースカツ丼にしては結構な量があり、肉の脂とバランスも良く、揚げ時間も丁度良く、とても美味しかったです。
食べたメニューは2品目ですが、これだけのものを提供出来ているのに立地条件があまり良くなく、もっと人通りの多い所であればあっという間に口コミで好評判が広がりそうに感じる、まさに「隠れ名店」でした。

The char siu is thick and soft, and the taste is good, so it seems good to have it with char siu rice bowl. The amount of noodles is quite suitable for "Daisoku", and at other stores, you often feel "Is this a big one?"
After ordering, I heard the sound of beating pork cutlet in the kitchen (to make it tender), and I didn't use what I had beaten in advance, but just before frying, I felt very polite.
There was a fair amount of it as a mini sauce katsudon, it had a good balance with the fat of the meat, the fried time was just right, and it was very delicious.
The menu I ate was 2 items, but the location conditions are not so good even though I can offer this much, and if it is a place with more people, it seems that word of mouth will spread quickly It was a "hidden famous store".
