責任者、APの態度が社会人として疑問に思う対応なので預かる方は要注意した方が良いです。毎年何度か名古屋市にも苦情を出している保護者が複数いるが、「自分達が忙しい」「デパートみたいな対応は出来ない」など、自分達の悪い所は認めません。問題の対応は以下・民間学童に預ける場合、トワイライトを必ず経由せねばならず、民間学童の利用に差し障りがあっても、聞き入れない。改善も考えない。広路小学校トワイライトの独自ルールを勝手に作っている。他の小学校より民間学童の利用がしにくいので要注意です。・問い合わせ電話をすると、忙しいからと突然ガチャっと切る。折り返し電話する対応もしない。・電話でこちらが話しをしているのに、会話を被せて会話にならない・子供を迎えに行き、受付で名前を名乗っても無視。挙げ句、子供の所在を確認しても無反応な為保護者で我が子を探すはめになる。 →改善要望を出すと「うちはデパートみたいな対応は出来ない」と責任者が主張。名古屋市も事なかれ主義の為、改善がほぼされていません。これから利用しようと思う保護者さんは、上記の点を覚悟の上で預けてください。
