★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八幡神社の御神木としてそびえる立派な巨樹です。恵那市内でも弁慶杉に次ぐくらいの幹の太さと樹高で、一見の価値はあると思います。
なお、神社へ向かう林道の入り口はフェンスでふさがれ、鍵がかけられています。
わたしは上矢作コミュニティセンターで職員の方に許可をいただき、フェンスの脇から侵入させていただきました。
見に行く際はコミュニティセンターを訪れてからのほうが良いと思います。
 It is a magnificent giant tree that rises as the sacred tree of Hachiman Shrine. Even in Ena City, the trunk is as thick and tall as Benkeisugi, so I think it's worth a look.
The entrance to the forest road leading to the shrine is blocked and locked by a fence.
I got permission from the staff at the Kamiyahagish Community Center and invaded from the side of the fence.
I think it's better to visit the community center before you go to see it.
