Y	YUKO KUDO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションの売却、新しいところに住み替えで12月にネットの売却一括査定を利用しました。住み替えをし3月25日にマンションの売却まで無事に終了しました。複数社から見積もりをもらったのですがどこを仲介にするかすごい悩みました。自分の性格でスーツ着ている人が苦手、断るのが苦手、押しの強い人が苦手だったので、1番話しやすかったホームセレクトさんの菅野さんにお願いすることにしました。自分の予定で3月22日までに引っ越ししたいと希望があったので過密スケジュールな時期もありましたが、担当の菅野さんが、スケジュールを立ててくれて、しんどい時も楽しい会話でフォローしてくれて無事にゴールまで来れました。スーツ着ている人、押しの強い人が苦手でしたがそんなことを感じることなくグイグイ仕事こなしてくれて、お客(私)が損しないように動いてくれたので感謝しております。マンンション購入時に仲介がなかったのですが今回は仲介手数料がかかりました。合間に見えた書類の山を見て、こんなに沢山の事務手続きが必要で見えないところで沢山仕事してるんだなと思い、他にも困った時にはすぐに対応や返事がきて、マンションの片付けも手伝ってくれて手数料以上の仕事してるんだなと思いました。普段関わることのない人に出会えて、いい経験にもなりました。勧められる人がいたら紹介したいくらいです。 In December, I used the online sale lump sum assessment to sell the condominium and move to a new place.
