鉄板ものはセルフのようです。自分は面倒なのでオーダーしませんでした。

スタッフの愛想はいいが、空いたお皿を下げるなどの基本的な対応が出来てない！
I expected it, but the food is not good overall.

The food is delicious and the staff are not very friendly, but the customer service is solid and pleasant. Corona measures were also taken properly.

特にチーズが乗ったお好み焼きが美味しく、また食べたくなりました。
お酒も料理も種類が豊富で長居したくなります！

店は落ち着いた雰囲気で良かった。
ヒレカツも柔らかく、おろし、味噌ソースの3種類の味が楽しめるのも良い。
I went to lunch, so I ordered a pork cutlet set instead of teppanyaki.
The store was nice with a calm atmosphere.

オーダーは、にしか焼MIXと塩こんぶ焼きそばに
ピリ辛きゅうり、酔鯨の吟麗summerを。
~にしか焼MIX
豚、烏賊、海老をふんだんに使用しており
出汁香る生地感の中にゴロッとした具材達が後引く味わい。
甘辛仕様に作られていて、単体でも良いが
日本酒との組み合わせでは更に光る。
ふわっふわで口溶けも良く、正統派ながら癖になる。
~塩こんぶ焼きそば
斬新な組み合わせではあるが、その相性はかなりのもの。
塩仕立ての焼きそばに塩こんぶがしっかり締めつつ
旨味を受け止めて離さず、鰹節や海鮮類が脇を彩る。
コチラも酒との相性も抜群で食べ易く
整えられた豊かな味わい。

伺ったのは
名古屋市千種区覚王山駅近くにあります
「鉄板ダイニング にしか」さんです。
広小路通り沿い、
駅から出てすぐの場所にあります♪
店内はテーブル席とカウンターがあるのですが
カウンターが面白いんです♪
壁際にカウンターは2名ずつごとにカーテンで仕切ってあり
なんちゃってカップルシートのようにしてあります(^^)
なかなかいいアイデアですね～♪
しかもカウンターに小さな
鉄板までついていてここで色々焼けるようです(^^)
★サッポロ生ビール 黒ラベル 550円⇒100円
伺ったのが24日だったのですが、
これがたまたま月に1回の「にしか」の日！
ビールが何杯飲んでも100円♪
凄くラッキーでした(^^)
★豆乳の出汁巻たまご 580円
滑らかでクリーミーな食感！
明太マヨをつけると最高です♪
★「覚王山とうふ」の揚げ出し 480円
この近辺の飲食店ではよく見かける覚王山豆腐♪
美味しくて好きです(^^)
★もんじゃ焼き 明太・もち・チーズ 880円
なんともんじゃ焼きがありました！
このカウンターではお店の方は
つくりにくいので自分たちでつくります♪
カウンターでしっぽりともんじゃ焼き♪
とっても楽しかったです(^^)
通りがかりに入ったお店でしたが
思いがけずとっても素敵なお店で大満足！
また近くにきたら伺いたいです♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 覚王山に寄った際に昼食で利用させて頂きました。
お店の雰囲気は居酒屋さんって感じです♪カップル席もあり、恋人同士はそこそこ雰囲気出そうです。鉄板焼だけで無く居酒屋の様な一品メニューも多くあり良いと思います。
今回の注文は
・クリームチーズとアボガドのシーザーサラダ
・冷やしトマト
・にしか焼きMIX(お好み焼き)
・にしか焼きそば
・万願寺ししとうやき
・名物にしか豆腐
料理には初めて食べるスタイルもあり、少しテンション上がりました。
冷やしトマトは胡麻油に塩が入っており、結構合い印象的でした。お好み焼きはフワッとした感じで私好みです???
名物豆腐はまるでプリンを食べている様な濃厚でお勧めです。
壁にはお好み焼きに合うワイン?ワインの名前もそのままでとても興味出ましたが....
コロナ対策もやっていますので安心感あります。

・ Chilled tomatoes
・ Nishiyaki MIX (Okonomiyaki)
・ Nishika Yakisoba
・ Manganji Shishito Yaki
・ Tofu only for specialty
There is also a style of eating for the first time in cooking, and I got a little excited.
The chilled tomatoes had salt in sesame oil, which was quite impressive. Okonomiyaki is fluffy and I like it ???
The specialty tofu is rich and recommended as if you were eating pudding.
