It's a super stable and delicious soba noodle shop. 5 servings for one person. I always ask for 7 dishes. 1,000 yen a little. Although it is not in the photo, it is "Meat soba". Absolutely recommended for the next cold season. The soup stock is the best. I will have Sansho perfectly.

Y	Y's Studio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋からの今回の旅の楽しみの一つがこの皿そば。出石（いずし）皿そばの存在自体知らなかったのですが、味わってみたら大変美味しい！最初の１枚は蕎麦だけ、２枚目からは、鰹と昆布のあいまった(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰの出汁つゆで５枚目まで、追加の５枚は、卵ととろろの饗宴（笑）地元の方も多く、素晴らしい蕎麦でした。ありがとうございました。 One of the pleasures of this trip from Nagoya is this plate soba. I didn't know the existence of Izushi plate soba, but when I tasted it, it was very delicious!
