★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話は平日の昼間しか通じない、留守電がセットされていない、Ｅメールアドレスも提供されないので、メッセージは送れないと、非常にコミュニケーションしにくい所です。要冷蔵の食品（ヨーグルト等数点）を８月に常温で送られたので苦情を言おうと思いましたが連絡できず、継続するのを止めることにしました。
支払いもクレジットなどのオプションがなく少なく不便なので、もう少し現代にマッチしたサービスが望まれます。品物の品質には満足だったので、残念です。
