絶対に食べたいので、11時に予約したよ。
焼くのに40分はかかるみたいだけど、着席してすぐに出てきた!
20個以上の肝が刺さってるのは圧巻www
胆汁をかけると苦いけど旨い。
鰻は1本頭から丸々出てくる。
皮はパリっと身はふわふわすぎるぐらい。
ご飯は好みのもちっとちょっと固めかな。
久しぶりで大満足のランチでした。
I visited because I wanted to eat liver grilled skewers. It's been about 20 years.
I definitely want to eat it, so I made a reservation at 11 o'clock.
It seems that it takes 40 minutes to bake, but it came out immediately after I sat down!
It is a masterpiece www that 20 or more livers are stuck
It's bitter but delicious when sprinkled with bile.
The whole eel comes out from one head.
The skin is crispy and the body is too fluffy.
I think the rice is a little firmer than you like.
It was a very satisfying lunch for the first time in a long time.

いとこに勧められたので来店!
メニューはうなぎのみのシンプルさ、店内は木製のレトロな感じでした。
咳がなかったのでカウンターで待っているとうなぎの焼けるいい匂いが〜〜
今か今かと待っているとやっと来ました!!
まずうなぎのボリュームがやばい!!
シンプルな定食でしたがうなぎはめっちゃフワフワで苦みも全くなかったです!!
今までのうなぎの概念が変わるような味でした(o^^o)
お腹いっぱいになりました(^o^)
I came for lunch on my honeymoon.
I came to the store because my cousin recommended me!
The menu was simple with only eels, and the interior was a retro wooden one.
I didn't have a cough, so when I was waiting at the counter, I could smell the eel burning.
I finally came when I was waiting for it now or now! !!
First of all, the volume of eel is terrible! !!
It was a simple set meal, but the eel was so fluffy and had no bitterness! !!
It was a taste that changed the concept of eel so far (o ^^ o)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. The unagi is good here. The ambiance is traditional Japanese, with raised areas for eating. You sit on a cushion on tatami and there is no low area under the table to dangle your legs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, this old, traditional Unagi (the freshwater eel) restaurant is one of the best Kansai-style in Japan. With Kansai-style, they cook the unagi without steaming, making the unagi skin very crispy.
The main dish is Unagi Ippon Teishoku, which consists of one WHOLE unagi, rice, and unagi-liver clear soup (which is called Kimo Sui).
