収納を借りる必要性が生じたため、新築で空調完備とのことで契約。電話対応などは丁寧で申し分なく、また内覧含め遠隔で対応してもらえるので便利。
問題点１＝入館キーが交通系ICカードとなっているが、電車に乗らないので自分はそもそも持っていない。家族のカードを借りて登録したが、家族が電車に乗るときは私自身は入館できない。原則スマホの交通系ICアプリは推奨されないとのことで、実に不便。登録は2枚目以降有料になるので、ファミリーで利用するにもICカードを持っている人しか利用できないので実質単身者向けなのか？とも思ってしまう。せめてキー2枚くらいは登録無料にすべきではないだろうかと思った。
問題点２＝支払いについても銀行口座引き落としのみ。他に選択肢はない（振込やクレジットカードなど不可）。手数料が300円かかる。
結果として管理費600円を加え税込みで1000円弱/月が上乗せされ続けることになるので割高な印象。支払方法くらいは通常は顧客が選べるようにするべきではないかと思う。
あとは他物件の口コミにあったが空調の効きが弱いかもとのことで、それも心配している。
物件内は新築のためもちろんきれいで静かでとてもいいと思う。

Since it became necessary to rent storage, we contracted for a new construction with air conditioning. Telephone correspondence is polite and perfect, and it is convenient because you can respond remotely including viewing.
Problem 1 = The entrance key is a transportation IC card, but I don't have it because I don't get on the train. I borrowed a family card to register, but when my family gets on the train, I can't enter. In principle, smartphone transportation IC apps are not recommended, which is really inconvenient. Since registration will be charged for the second and subsequent cards, only those who have an IC card can use it as a family, so is it really for singles? I also think. I wondered if at least two keys should be free to register.
Problem 2 = Only withdrawal from the bank account for payment. There is no other option (transfer or credit card is not possible). The fee is 300 yen.
As a result, the management fee of 600 yen will be added, and a little less than 1000 yen / month including tax will continue to be added, which gives an expensive impression. I think the payment method should usually be selectable by the customer.
I was also worried about the fact that the air-conditioning effect may be weak, although there was a word of mouth for other properties.
The inside of the property is new, so of course it is clean, quiet and very nice.
